Coaching for busy adults

Run fast.
Age slow.

Stay capable of the life you want to live.

You have work, family and too little time. The goal isn't to train like an athlete — it's to stay strong, mobile and up for things for the next thirty years. Performance should serve your life, not the other way round.

A runner on a forest trail

What are you training for?

Not a number on a scale. The things you still want to do.

A father and his young son walking through a pine forest

Keep up with your kids

Carry them when they're tired, chase them when they run off, and still have something left on Sunday evening.

A man jogging along a leafy autumn path

Have energy after work

Not a heroic morning routine. Enough fitness that the evening isn't just recovery from the day.

A runner on a narrow mountain trail

Say yes to the long day out

The hike, the ski trip, the city you want to see on foot — without spending the next three days stiff.

A man pressing a kettlebell overhead in a training gym

Stay strong and quick

Strength and speed are the first things to fade with age. They're also the things that respond well to training.

How we work

Train for your life, not for the gym.

Most people don't need more motivation or a harder programme. They need a plan that still works in a busy month — and someone who adjusts it when it stops working.

So we start with where you are: your schedule, your history, what hurts and what you enjoy. Then we pick the one or two things that will make the biggest difference and build from there. Maintenance is easier than restoration — a short session this week beats a perfect plan you start in January.

Your week first

Sessions sized to the time you really have, not the time you wish you had.

Strength, speed, mobility

The qualities that fade with age — and the ones worth protecting.

Habits that hold

Fewer changes, kept for longer. That's what adds up.

How we can help

Three ways to work together.

Not sure which fits? Start with the assessment — it suggests one at the end.

01 · Assess

Find your starting point

Ten questions about your week, your energy and how your body feels. You get one clear priority — consistency, capacity or mobility — and a suggested next step.

For you if you're not sure where to begin.

02 · Coach

Weekly coaching

A training, food and recovery plan built around the week you actually have, a 60-minute online consultation every week, and changes to the plan whenever your life changes.

For you if you've started and stopped before and want someone to keep it on track.

03 · Train

1:1 sessions

Single sessions for strength, mobility and conditioning. Good for learning to train properly, checking your technique, or getting a plan for a specific goal.

For you if you want hands-on work without an ongoing commitment.

Who you work with

A coach you can message, not an app.

Every assessment, enquiry and check-in is read by a person. You get straight answers, a reason behind each change, and a plan that's honest about what fits in your week.

What we believe

Perform to live. Not only live to perform.

  1. 01

    Start where you are

Your plan begins from your current week, body and history — not an ideal version of them.

  2. 02

    Capability over appearance

We train for what you want to keep doing, not for how it looks in the mirror.

  3. 03

    Consistency beats intensity

Maintenance is easier than restoration. Steady work, repeated, is what lasts.

  4. 04

    Adjust when life changes

Busy months happen. The plan bends so the habit doesn't break.
